My life as I’d previously known it had been on hold for over 4 years, due to M.E. Being guided through the Lightning Process by Ros felt as though someone was removing a really heavy blanket that had been dragging me down. I managed to find the strength to believe that it would work and now I’m really proud of myself for helping to turn my life around. Ros gave me the kick start that I needed and then acted as a set of stabilisers, showing me how to take control of my health until I was strong enough to do it independently. It’s as though the lights have come on after being in the dark for far too long. Now I want to spread the word to other M.E sufferers, and to reassure them that the Lightning Process is the route to getting their life on track.
